Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 31, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Owovi handles information in the current prototype and beta-testing phase of the product.
The current TestFlight build is a prototype. It is intended for UI/UX review and demonstration only and does not include live production community data or active end-user authentication.
1. What this prototype currently does
The current Owovi prototype may display mock, sample, or test data to demonstrate intended product flows and interactions.
In the current prototype build:
- sign-in is not active;
- email and password fields on the entry screen are not used for live authentication;
- no production member or community accounts are required to access the demo flow; and
- content shown in the prototype is test or sample content only.
2. Information we may receive during beta testing
During TestFlight or other pre-release testing, we may receive limited information such as:
- tester contact details you provide to Apple or to us for beta access;
- feedback you choose to send about the prototype;
- crash reports, diagnostics, and usage signals made available through Apple TestFlight and App Store Connect; and
- emails or other messages you send to us about the prototype.
3. How we use that information
We use limited beta and prototype information to:
- distribute and manage access to test builds;
- review crashes, defects, and usability issues;
- improve product design, safety, and accessibility; and
- communicate with testers about the prototype where appropriate.
4. What we do not currently do in this prototype build
In the current prototype build, we do not intend to:
- operate live production sign-in for testers;
- store live community data entered through the prototype login fields;
- sell personal information; or
- use the prototype as a live member community environment.
5. Third-party services
Beta distribution and certain diagnostics for the current prototype are provided through Apple services such as TestFlight and App Store Connect. Your use of those services is also subject to Appleās own terms and privacy practices.
6. Security and retention
We aim to limit prototype data collection and keep pre-release testing controlled. We may retain tester communications, crash reports, and related prototype feedback for product improvement, record-keeping, and review history.
7. Future product changes
Owovi is still under active development. As the product evolves, live features, authentication, data handling, and integrations may change. If those changes materially affect privacy, this policy will be updated.
